2、If the surface of wood feel rough, could daub some salad oil, it could protect the wood.

3. Using water to clean it after using. Solid wood products is natural anti-bacteria. So just need to wash flour and other residue when washing.

4、Do not suggest to use dishwashing liquid as it would be permeate into the wood.
